Kindly review the information below before booking a free 20-min video consultation.

• I’m not in network with any insurance; I do accept HSA card payments, and I can provide you with receipts.

• My practice is exclusively online. 

• I offer a free 20-min video consultation to help us both assess if I’m the right fit based on your needs. If not, I’m happy to provide you with some referrals.

Sessions are traditionally 50-minutes long. Longer sessions are available at a pro-rated rate. Visit the Getting Started page for more information on rates.

Please note that I do not offer emergency services or have 24-hour availability. If you need immediate assistance with a mental health emergency, please contact the Colorado Crisis and Support Line at 844-493-TALK (8255), call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
